Traffic and Service Center

Since the beginning of MAPtm, we have operated our VCMAP Service Center. Initially established as the first privately owned traffic center in the Netherlands, it has evolved into a flexible and versatile service center over time.

At present, the VCMAP is being used for the projects Verkeerskundig Beheer Blauwe Golf, our personal travel advice service Ask&GO, and monitoring traffic congestion near the Keukenhof (EU project Synchromode). In 2024, we also monitored traffic conditions and behavior during the first weeks after the opening of the new A24 highway.

Our operators are highly trained and proficient in concurrently managing a variety of projects. In cases where a new project requires tailored solutions and dedicated commitment, we establish a sustained increase in operator involvement. This approach ensures that we consistently provide the essential support for remote network or regional monitoring and, when needed, conduct traffic analyses.
